Caring for children takes place naturally for me and this inspires me in achiving my goal of compliting medical education.As educated Subnurse and educated Traning Instructor in Strenght also helped me to care for children in not only in naturally way but also professinally. Organized, Solution focused/Solution focused Thinking: I automatically think of the bigger picture, a lot of how everything works togethere and if there are foundemental error in how something works.My goal is not to 'understand' the problem, by doing a problem talk, but to creativelly talk in a solution focused method to help create more resourses in the mindset of the client helping him to move ahead and discover a solution. My system is more solution focused instead of being problem focused. For me it is important that children need a balanced and stabil home eviroment and adults, based on struckture.
