I've experience with girls and boys from 8 months to 8 years old and I was part of the breeding of my 3 brothers 8, 13 and 18 years younger than me. I love kids and I’ve a good and easy connection with them. I know their moms and dads are trusting me their most precious little person in their lives, and I take that with a huge responsibility and love. My eyes are on this discovering little person at every moment. I know how to proceed in case of emergency. I help to develop their capabilities with games, painting, singing, drawing, reading, playing a role, or doing sports. I use this to improve their disposition to the daily chores as well. When kids get sick and their mood changes I’m especially understanding and caring. I’ve good conflict resolution skills. The more you listen to and understand them, the more they do it back. Negotiation is the key. I want your kids to live in a safe, fun and full of love environment, for your own tranquility. I'm responsible, ethical, with a positive attitude and patient.
