Hi, I’m Pratim — a music production student at BIMM Berlin with a background in engineering and a passion for teaching.
I completed my bachelor’s in Instrumentation & Electronics Engineering and spent over two years teaching English, math and music to young learners, which taught me patience, clarity, and the joy of helping others grow.
After graduation, I worked for a year as an analyst in an MNC, gaining experience in data modelling and client communication, but music remained my calling. I now work as an audio engineer and freelance music producer, collaborating with artists, including an Indian artist I’m currently producing.
Alongside studio work, I created a practical audio guide for bedroom producers, focusing on essentials and creativity. I tend to listen more than I speak, which helps me connect with people from different backgrounds and support them through teaching, technical help, or simply listening.
