What exactly do you do at Betreut.de?
During my apprenticeship at Betreut.de I have had the opportunity to experience a number of different departments. Currently, I am working in my fourth department: Conversion Marketing. Here, I learn everything to do with email marketing. I am actively involved in the preparation and delivery of our newsletter and can work creatively. So far I have also gained experience in Workplace Solutions, Presseabteilung and Finance & Controlling.

What lead you to apply here?
On the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (federal employment agency) homepage I saw that Betreut.de offers apprenticeships, and I was soon excited by their transparent and friendly website. I was particularly impressed by the opportunity to combine business training with social thoughts.
What do you make of the working atmosphere at Betreut.de?
The atmosphere at Betreut.de is really friendly and relaxing, so that you – even as an apprentice – are always met with an open ear. Through the regular company events I found it easy to make friends quickly.
What do you get up to while you’re not working at Betreut.de?
In my free time I enjoy doing sport. After work, I like to just slip on my running shoes and go for a run. During the holidays I love to go away – particularly to where it’s sunny!
What advice would you give other applicants hoping to start at Betreut.de?
Before you apply, it’s good to be already informed about Betreut.de in order to give you a picture of our product. Additionally, you shouldn’t have any reservations about speaking English: because our team is very international, some of our meetings are held in English. That being said, the company offers internal English lessons for those who struggle with English.
What future prospects do you see for yourself at Betreut.de?
In the future, I look forward to working my way through various other departments in order to get to know as many branches as possible, to continue mastering new challenges and to successfully complete my education.
